Hardik founded Witness Technologies in 2019 and funds it himself, so the company answers to customers, not to outside capital. He brings 15+ years of running enterprise cloud operations in US healthcare IT, and architected and built the Witness platform end-to-end: from the 170+ table data model to the infrastructure it runs on in Mumbai.
Director · Operations
Priyanka leads operations, finance and customer success for Witness Technologies. She is the first point of contact for our schools: onboarding new customers, keeping the front office heard, and making sure what we ship each week actually lands well on the ground.
Product Owner
Gitika owns the product roadmap across EduOps, HealOps and DealOps. She turns customer feedback and front-office observations into a prioritized backlog, decides what each weekly release ships, and keeps three products coherent on one shared platform core.
